COMPACT Series
The Compact series of welding heads, from the PAT line, offers solutions for use in automatic lines, rotary tables or manual stations on large benches. This series is completely separate from the transformer, simplifying the choice of head+transformer combination.
These heads have an aluminium structure:
- Electrode holder slides on recirculating ball pads
- Plates that allow the application of ancillary equipment
- Inclined or vertical electrodes.

COMPACT 2
The COMPACT 2 model allows single-spot welding with a shear force at 6 bar of 48 DaN and can be combined with transformers up to 25 KVA in single-phase AC and up to 40KVA in three-phase DC.
COMPACT 2x2
The COMPACT 2×2 model has the same mechanical and electrical characteristics as the previous model, the only difference being the double-spot welding and the possibility of fitting vertical electrodes that allow the welding spacing to be adjusted from 10mm to 60mm.
COMPACT 3
The COMPACT 3 model allows single-spot welding with a shear force at 6 bar of 110 DaN and can be combined with transformers up to 60 KVA in single-phase AC and 100 KVA in three-phase DC.
