Palletised system for winders
This automatic line, approximately 5 m long and 2 m wide, is designed for welding, bending, inspecting and unloading electrical coils (two types), combined with a 6-spindle winder with manual loading and unloading.
For loading and winding, the operator loads 6 reels onto the winding machine and, once winding is complete, the reels are unloaded and placed on pallets to be conveyed to the bending station. Then, in the inverter-controlled welding station, the control selects any rejects to be unloaded before the reel is placed in the boxes. A further chemical resistance control is carried out before the reel is unloaded.
The loading station involves the use of a mechanical clamp that picks up the processed reels and places them in boxes which, when full, are placed on a trolley. When the trolley is full, the operator can moved it to other lines. Coils marked as rejects are unloaded into another box placed between the pallet and the warehouse.
