Automatic rotary table machine
This is a special rotary table machine with 8 stations, designed and manufactured by Tre.Ci for welding a silver contact on a contact holder and inserting a c-shape iron. With a productivity of around 15/pcs per minute, this machine has vibrators fitted with a hopper, which do not weigh down the vibrating part and guarantee good autonomy and constant load. In addition to control of the welding parameters, the crushing of the silver plate can also be monitored.
The model chosen for the welding head is PAT 4, with dual movement of both the lower and upper electrode. Welding is performed with a 1Khz inverter and a 15 KA transformer, with constant current control.
The loading stations are designed with mechanical hands and grippers manufactured in-house and at each station the actual loading of the part is checked by means of special sensors. The unloading of the finished part is automatic and the rejects are selected directly on the slide. The number of acceptable rejects can be set to prevent the machine from continuing to produce unsuitable parts.
