CS 2
The CS 2 electronic components range includes 2-stroke electronic digital timers for use on resistance welders. The following parameters can be changed during the welding cycle: approach, welding (adjustable in time from ½ period to 99 and in current from 10 to 99%) and hold.
CS 6
The CS6 monogram timers allow phase-control welding current adjustment on current tables and simplified programming using four keys. The following parameters can be modified: approach, up slope, dual pulse welding (time and current adjustment), hold, pulses, pressure contact, current cut-off, automatic cycle (with stand-by time) and cosΦ adjustment.
CS-i
This power converter, with IGBT technology for medium frequency output, is programmable via TFT, LCD terminal, PC or fieldbus. The output frequency is user selectable and suitable to control MFDC transformers. Six different current control modes are available: fixed duty per thousand D%, Duty per thousand with voltage fluctuation compensation, constant current IK, constant power PK, constant energy EK, adaptive AD.
CS-i Light
Power converter with IGBT technology for medium frequency output is programmable via TFT or LCD terminal. Three different current control modes are available: Fixed Duty per thousand D%, Duty per thousand with power line voltage fluctuation compensation, constant current IK.
CS-NET
This phase-control diode synchronous current control can be set with 6 different control modes, including fixed percentage duty D%, constant current IK and constant power PK. The reference welding current can be set from 0-10V voltage and current loop gain.
R4
Digital control using a 16bit microprocessor, with 20 programmes that can be stored and recalled from the keyboard, PLC or 232 interface. Equipped with a key selector switch that defines the access in 3 main menus: Auxiliary, for the manufacturer, Programming, for the operator, Balance, for the work status.
