For all our machines, we can stipulate maintenance contracts based on the needs expressed, offering ordinary services to limit any downtime due to faults, or extraordinary services that involve sending the machine to our workshop for effective and rapid repair.  Over the years, we have noticed that the most common and convenient form of contract is that of pre-paid services, with which we provide a package of 5/10/15 interventions on structures over a period of 12 months. The cost of the package is based on the type of machines and the distance from our premises

Repair, revamping and adaptation

To ensure the efficiency of welders, it is necessary to invest resources and time in maintenance and possible revamping to bring them into line with new regulations. For this reason, at Tre.Ci we specialise in the general servicing of systems and contacts to monitor the correct functioning of electronic controls and the machine as a whole. Our workshop is able to work on obsolete welders and revamp then to make them suitable for new jobs.

After disassembling the structure, all the secondary electronic contacts are de-oxidised through sandblasting and grinding, while damaged parts are either re-worked or replaced. We carefully check the air supply system, replace pipes and fittings, and clean the water circulation system. Before returning the revamped machine, we re-perform the measurements and risk analyses and issue a certificate of conformity according to the new regulations.
