MICRO Series
The Micro Series includes portable or bench top micro-spot welders, such as the PAT 1, a small welder of our manufacture suitable for traditional welding operations on electronic components, thermocouples, light bulbs, jewellery, etc.
PAT 1
The PAT 1 Micro-spot welder is made of aluminium, with sliding electrode holder slide on precision ball slide guides and electrode holder arms for ø 6mm electrodes. These electrodes are mounted on adjustable supports and can be used in countless operating conditions.
Handling the electrode
The electrode can be handled using a mechanical foot pedal or a pneumatic cylinder; the pressure adjustment system is based on the compression of a spring and a stop, to make the pneumatic force or that exerted by the operator on the foot pedal fully effective. Where low welding pressure is required, the response of the spring is much faster than that of the pneumatic system.
Transformers
The transformers available for the AC version are the 2/4 and 8 KVA with cs2-cs6, R4 or cs-net electronic controls. While the 1÷10 KHz inverter with 5000 or 8000 Amp ratings, with Cs-i or CS-i Light constant current control is available for the direct current versions.

PAT12
Supplied for serial welding, where there is no connection at the bottom and the transformer is connected to the 2 top electrodes. A typical application is the assembly of rechargeable batteries, for which 2 dedicated models, BAT 1 and BAT 2, that can weld 5mm thick button batteries to 200mm high packs are manufactured.

PAT12 A
In the pneumatic version, this version is suitable for sequential welding where 2 weld spots can be performed between them, using the same transformer and power unit, with the possibility of differentiating the 2 spots via electronic control.

PAT12 C
Suitable for simultaneous welding with 2 transformers and 2 fully automatic controls.

PAT 1 P
A compact, portable micro-spot welder with electrical and mechanical characteristics similar to the bench top models. Pneumatically operated with pressure adjustment by means of spring compression for greater precision, speed and response, it includes a sliding electrode holder on ball slides.
Standard version with 4 KVA, 230V transformer and CS2 single pulse electronic welding control, but power supplies up to 8 KVA and multi-function controls or DC inverter versions are available for other requirements.
