The SP-PZ semi-automatic welder is a 3-station machine designed and manufactured for the efficient and precise welding of nuts and brackets on metal profiles. The machine has a versatile and robust structure, ideal for the production of high quality components in diverse sectors.
The operation of this welder, which is easy and intuitive, involves loading the profile and brackets at the first station; once welded, the finished part is unloaded at the same station.
Next, the nuts are automatically loaded at the second station to be correctly positioned for the welding process. The third and final station manages the actual welding process, where the nuts are precision welded, creating a strong and durable joint.
