PAT Serie

The PAT series welding heads are our classic single-spot bench top welders. Available in 2 sizes: PAT2 and PAT4.

They are characterised by a high degree of robustness and rigidity thanks to their fully aluminium structure. They are typically used when bench-mounted, to create complete manual machines. They can also be installed on automatic lines or rotary tables, in the version with activated bottom electrode. Thanks to their structure, they can be customised based on the customers’ requirements.

All the heads can be fitted with an analogue sensor to detect the crushing of the welding spot and the load cell to determine the welding force or, in feedback with the proportional valve, to work at constant force.

Both heads can be equipped with motorised rather than pneumatic drive.
