Roller spot welder for cylindrical filters<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

The roller spot welder <\/strong>for cylindrical\u00a0mechanical canvas <\/strong>filters includes a\u00a0pre-calendered filter<\/strong>, which is manually positioned on the fixed pin\/electrode, and 3 pneumatic units <\/strong>(2 lateral and 1 bottom) that block the filter, bringing it into contact with the pin to set the finished diameter.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the customised MM5 welder, the top roller<\/strong>, mounted on a motorised, axis-controlled slide, performs<\/strong> a few pre-welded <\/strong>sections and then performs the complete continuous welding<\/strong>. \u00a0At the end of this process, the filter is automatically unloaded.<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0pin\/electrode <\/strong>of this welder is interchangeable<\/strong>, so that different diameters can be worked; the length<\/strong> of the filter and the number of pre-welds <\/strong>can be electronically set<\/strong>, to better adapt the machine to the welding requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n
