SERIES
Precision bench spot welder
Available in 2 sizes for mechanics (PAT 2 –
PAT 4), to be coupled with transformers of charges
between 8 and 45 KVA in single-phase alternate current
or with inverter generators from 3000 to 45000 Amp.
Machines oriented towards precision welding on electric
winding, electric/electronic components, copper
cable and stranded wire, electric contacts and switch
components, armoured resistors, engines, etc.
The PAT series unites the bench single spot
welding machines. There are 3 sizes available:

While PAT 3 and PAT 4 distinguish themselves only
through the installed power, maintaining both the
dimensions and the mechanic characteristics identical,
PAT 2 is completely different, much smaller and more
compact. The heads are made in aluminium and divided
in support and rail, both built in a single block
to guarantee solidity.
The slide moves on roll runners with adjustable load
and is activated by the pneumatic cylinder.
The lower part of the head was designed to allow for
an easy application of different equipment.
The three versions are also available in continuous
current inverters with three-phase input, with the
charges:

In the alternate current version, the control is usually
given to the R4 command, very powerful and versatile.
While the inverter version has the RHF 2 commanding.
