We guarantee after sale service both
preventive and
extraordinary.
It is possible to sign contracts according to the needs and
the kind of the machine.
Advantages of the preventive maintenance
are that you can always have efficient machines, there is
no stop in the production, the servicing is c/o the customer's
firm, it is possible to programme stops for few hours only.
The
extraordinary servicing sometimes takes
place at our firm and may take up a lot of time. The advantage
of an extraordinary maintenance contract is that our operating
time is very short:
no time is wasted after we have
received the customer's fax.
The most usual and economic contract is that of prepaid maintenance.
It is possible to pay for 5, 10, 15 services per year. The
cost is in relation to the kind of machine and the distance
from our firm.
Coaching
Our firm periodically or/and on demand organizes training
courses for welders and service personnel.
The course is usually very simple and for not more than
5 people, so everyone can be personally coached.
These courses are usually organized at our firm, but, on
demand, can be held everywhere.
